For custom or large orders, you may request a quotation. Prices in quotations are valid for the period mentioned therein.

5. ORDERING & ACCEPTANCE

All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Ganpati Trading. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any order at our discretion;

• Cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or concerns over fraudulent activity;

• Contact you for order verification before processing large or customized orders.

Upon acceptance, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not signify the final dispatch but acknowledges receipt of your order.

6. PRODUCT WARRANTY

All products sold by Ganpati Trading are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, wherever applicable. Warranty terms vary depending on the product and the brand. Users are advised to review the individual product pages or contact us for detailed warranty information before making a purchase.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Manufacturing defects;

• Operational failures under normal usage;

• Any specific issues listed in the manufacturer's warranty booklet.

Warranty Exclusions Include:

Ganpati Trading will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer but is not liable for delays or denials issued by the manufacturer or their service partners.

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. To initiate a cancellation:

• We will confirm cancellation if the request is eligible;

• Any advance payment made will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Ganpati Trading reserves the right to cancel any order in the following circumstances:

8. RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT

Returns are accepted only under specific conditions and for eligible products:

Return Eligibility:

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories;

• Return is only applicable to items explicitly marked as “returnable” at the time of purchase.

Returns Not Accepted For:

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Provide photos and proof of damage;

• We will arrange pickup and replacement/refund upon verification.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days;

• Refund amount may be adjusted for shipping charges or transaction fees, if applicable;

• All refunds are subject to inspection and verification of the returned item.

Ganpati Trading reserves the right to reject return/refund requests if the product does not meet the return criteria.

We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:

• Wallets;

• Bank Transfers (for bulk/custom orders);

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – only for select pin codes and order values.

All transactions are processed via secure, third-party payment gateways. Ganpati Trading does not store your card or payment details.

For Prepaid Orders:

• Payment must be received in full before dispatch;

• In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

For COD Orders:

• Additional charges may apply;

• We reserve the right to disable COD for certain products, pin codes, or users based on past behavior.

Ganpati Trading shall not be liable for:

• Payment failures or delays caused by the payment gateway;

• Unauthorized use of your payment instrument;

• Disputes arising from payment processor errors.

10. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship across India through reputed courier and logistics partners.

Shipping Timeline:

• Made-to-order or bulk items: Dispatched within 7–14 business days, subject to availability and production lead times.

Delivery Timeline:

• Delivery depends on the shipping location, typically 3–10 days from dispatch.

Tracking:

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout;

• For bulk orders, shipping charges may be invoiced separately and shared in the quotation.

Delivery Issues:

Please notify us within 48 hours in case of:

• Non-receipt of the product;

• Receipt of damaged or incomplete order;

• Wrong product delivered.

Ganpati Trading is not liable for delays caused by the courier company, natural calamities, or unforeseen external events.
