1. Cancellations
You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return as per our return policy.
Once a cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 3 business days after the return package (if applicable) is collected. Refunds are only processed for Prepaid or NEFT orders.
Cancellation Criteria
Your order may be cancelled under the following conditions:

2. Returns
Ganpati Trading accepts returns for specific issues reported within 7 days of delivery. Customers must raise a return request from the “My Orders” section or contact our support team.

If available, a pickup will be arranged within 2-3 business days after your return is approved. -
Self-shipping:
In case pickup is unavailable, customers must ship the product to the address provided by our support team via India Post only. Courier charges will be reimbursed after valid slip submission and successful quality check.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection, which takes up to 2 working days. If the returned item fails quality inspection, we will return the product to the customer, who must bear the shipping cost.
