At Ganpati Trading, we strive to offer a seamless and trustworthy buying experience for all our customers. Please review the following policy that outlines our terms regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Cancellations

You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return as per our return policy.

Once a cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund within 3 business days after the return package (if applicable) is collected. Refunds are only processed for Prepaid or NEFT orders.

4. How to Return a Product

There are two ways to return your product:

  1. Pickup by Ganpati Trading’s logistics partner:
    If available, a pickup will be arranged within 2-3 business days after your return is approved.

  2. Self-shipping:
    In case pickup is unavailable, customers must ship the product to the address provided by our support team via India Post only. Courier charges will be reimbursed after valid slip submission and successful quality check.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection, which takes up to 2 working days. If the returned item fails quality inspection, we will return the product to the customer, who must bear the shipping cost.
